Halo - Moments | Account Deletion

Please read first: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Cancel subscriptions, export anything you want to keep, and close open disputes before you submit a request.

Step 1

How to Delete — In-App Entry

This is the primary deletion path required by Google Play. Deactivating or logging out does not delete your data.

Step 2

Before You Delete

Cancel active subscriptions and clear outstanding payments
Save chat history, photos, or media you want to keep
Resolve open support tickets or disputes
Confirm you are the account owner

What Gets Deleted vs. Retained

After deletion: You lose access to Halo, your profile will no longer be visible, and personal data is erased except as legally required.

Step 4

Verification & Processing Time

We verify the requester owns the account
Verified deletions are processed within 3 business days (GDPR, CCPA)
An email confirmation is sent when deletion completes
Restoration is not possible after deletion
